Frequently Asked Questions

How much space is needed?

At least 45 feet of length on a solid surface, plus room to pull in and out. Please clear the space before we arrive and let neighbors know if we may briefly block a driveway. Occasionally a standard 110V outlet may be needed, so share your exact event location so we can plan safe parking.

How many gamers can play?

Up to 15 gamers inside, across 5 gaming stations. Your game coach rotates players so everyone gets equal game time.

What about the weather?

The trailer is heated and air-conditioned, and all gaming happens inside, so light rain won't stop the party. For severe weather such as high winds, lightning, heavy rain or flooding, we'll work with you to reschedule to a date and time that works for both of us.

What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

A $100 non-refundable deposit by credit or debit card secures your date. The balance can be paid at booking, before the event, or on the day. If you prepaid the balance and need to cancel, refunds take 7–10 business days. Rescheduling is free; please give us about a week's notice when you can.

Are there age restrictions?

Gamers of all ages are welcome as long as they can follow the game coach's directions. Children 4 and under must be accompanied and supervised by an adult or older sibling.

Are the games age appropriate?

Yes. We customize the game lineup for your group, and we don't play M-rated games without approval from a parent or host.

Are food and drinks allowed?

No food or drinks inside the trailer. Please enjoy refreshments outside so the game area stays clean.

What if the trailer or equipment is damaged?

The host is responsible for damage to the trailer or equipment caused by guests, and for injuries at the event location.

Will photos be taken at my event?

We may take gameplay photos for our website and social media, never with names or personal details. Just let us know if you'd prefer no photos.

What areas do you serve?

Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Enterprise, Spring Valley, Summerlin, Whitney and Boulder City. A standard $25 travel fee applies to all service areas.
